#180 Dev C++ window remains maximized; Restore icon doesn't work

OS version: Windows 10
Error reported: Window remains maximized even after clicking restore icon
Stack trace: ??
Steps needed to reproduce the problem:

1. Install Dev C++ with full installation

2. Accept required settings before running the application, such as theme ("new look", "gnome" etc)

3. Once Dev C++ starts, maximize the window

4. Exit Dev C++

5. Reboot

6. Launch Dev C++

It will now be maximized by default. Clicking the restore icon (two squares) beside the 'X' icon does nothing.
