#174 Can not run program with space in path - archaic behavior.

I am trying to use Dev-C++ but it is not working since I can not run programs with space in file path. It looks that somebody forget that such character is often used.

I can compile code without problem but I can not run it.

Source of problem is ConsolePauser or Dev-C++

Reproduce - create folder 'I have spaces' and put helloworld.cpp and try compile than run.

Please remove this bug I can not rename my profile because somebody take wrong assumption that there no spaces in out galactic.
