I designed this stuff so that the responsibility for picking the right options lies on the user's side. It just seemed like the right way to do stuff, giving the user full control over it, and it also doesn't piss off more advanced users who don't want their IDEs to hide settings from them.

In version 5.3.0.0 RC3 this error was not corrected.
If you set and going back to the profiling and changes will be made.
Should be fixed in RC4.
Confirmed fixed in RC4!
