After this request: http://sourceforge.net/p/orwelldevcpp/tickets/6/?limit=10&page=0#483a I'm opening a new ticket.
Actually I'm attaching a rar file containing the updated Greek.lng translation for v 5.2.0.3, along with a text file reporting the problemating strings (there may be more, those are the ones I could spot right now).
Thanks.
Just a quick side note: this applies to the refresh of 5.2.0.3 (build date: June 25th) right?
Right :)
I'll tell you what I'm planning to do:
- Fix the whole list of problems in the next version of Dev-C++.
- Finish my final exams in real life before doing the above.
That sounds just about right. Good luck with your exams!
One other tiny problem: my Windows installation does not support the Greek single byte character set, so I can't figure out myself if translations fit or not, because characters don't have the proper Greek width.
Can you make some screenshots for me of the worst problems?

Would you like me to encode the file in utf-8 (or any other format) and re-send it?

Nope. It would be nice to support that, but that's a whole lot of work. Please keep using your local SBCS.
I don't manage very well SourceForge's interface. Anyway, I attached a probs.rar file with some screenshots. For some reason instead of being attached to a new post, along with their description, it was attached in the one talking about chaning the encoding and re-sending the file.
Anyway, some words get truncated by themeselves (i.e. in buttons), others I had to end them prematurely (either with .: or by spliting their start and end chars with a /). Some others do not have translatable coungterparts in the .lng file.
