#101 Program don't start when caching all headers

Installing V. 5.5.3 (with TDM-GCC) on Win7 (32 and 64 bit) works, but when selecting all headers to be cached at first start as normal user, program don't start with no helpful error message. Trying again and choosing not to cache all headers, everything works fine ...

Can you elaborate a bit about the "don't start with no helpful error message" part?

For example, does it hang at the splash screen, or the splash screen not even show up?

I did a screenshot that shows the situation. Everything that's showing
up is a white rectangle and the win7 error message. The screenshot is
attached to this mail.
