I wanted to see if I could interface with an old hand-held scanner I've got lying around for a project I wanted to create. The drivers for it work on Windows 98 at the newest.
Does the newest Dev-C++ still support Windows 98? If not, what was the last version to support Windows 98?

Dev C++ is built around TDM-GCC, which afaik still advertises W98 support in the last version.
