Ortro 1.1.6 Released

The Windows command execution plugin that allows you to execute command on a remote Windows machine using winexe and the Solaris metadevice check plugin were added. Some bugs for the GUI such as the error when try to add user in a group without select a group and the possibility to guest users to see admin actions were fixed. The upgrade script was improved and the popups in the job section now will be appear only after a certain delay. Fixed typo in translation for core and plugins.
