Ortro 1.1.2 Released

Ortro is meant to be an easy and centralized way for job scheduling and application monitoring.

New features such as the script to create ortro and plugins packages were
added. Postgres is now fully supported as database backend.
The TestGen4Web_simpletest, Check Tail Status and File Search were added.
Pear libs and FCKeditor were updated. There are various small bugfixes.
Now the plugins may be downloaded apart and installed separately.
