Ortro 1.1.1 Released

This is a minor release.
The escaping mode for sqlite was fixed. A bug in the plugin configuration was fixed.
The menu toolbar scrolling feature in the view section was added. The tooltip messages are now escaped correctly. FCKEditor was updated to version 3.4.1.
There are various small bugfixes and impovements for the GUI.
