Ortro 1.0.0 Stable Released

Ortro is meant to be an easy way to make scheduling and application monitoring.

In this release a configuration environment section was added along with an archive and retention mode for job results. Multiple selection is allowed for copy, delete, lock, and unlock on jobs and notifications. The PEAR libraries were updated. The id_job is now shown in the log. Scripts were added for upgrading the system from 0.9.2 to 1.0.0. Author and plugin info was added along with a createFile function. Catching of the msg_exec on error was corrected. The timestamp is now shown in notification messages. IE compatibility was fixed in the GUI and a tooltip was included for descriptions in the job view. Please see CHANGELOG for details.
