Hi Filipe,
this issue seems due to an incorrect ownership on the installation dir of Ortro.
To allows Ortro works correctly with jobs using ssh connections (i.e. custom scripts, filesystem check ecc..) the owner of the installation dir must be set to the user running web server (i.e. apache or www-data).

Sometimes my jobs return this error:
Warning: Identity file /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/ortro/conf/.ssh/ortro_rsa not accessible: Permission denied.
Permission denied, please try again.
Permission denied, please try again.
Permission denied (publickey,password).
When I execute the job manually it works immediately and some times after (as scheduled).
Any idea?
