#68 PHP 7.3

Our hosting provider sent us a message to upgrade to PHP 7 point 3. They ran a test on our ORS version with the following results: "We tested your script on PHP 7.3, and got:
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /misc/40/000/226/916/2/user/web/qbflyingclub.com/scheduling/index.php on line 104
While that is only a warning so things may work, there could be other underlying issues on the new PHP. That would mean the newest version is from 2010, so I believe there is not currently any active development on that project".

We would like to ask if that's the case, or if a newer version that will run with 7 point 3 will be coming out.
