As of now, it appears that the clock that the calendar is using has not been set to daylight savings time. This creates problems (obviously) in the functioning of the ORS calendar.
OK, as of now, at 5:10pm Pacific time, the clock is ok. Since the problem appeared on three computers here, I assume it was a server clock problem, and that someone reset the clock. So... Thanks!
