The database the program is built on is inefficient and
difficult to maintain. It does not follow relational
rules although the relational model is very applicable
for our needs Our ability to perform limited queries is
very limited which has the potential to destroy
performance on large installations. I will be creating
a branch in CVS to work on improving the database.
People want to be able to use a RDBMS and a lot of
feature requests involve database work right now. I do
not think we will have to drop support for flatfile
users but we will need to improve the efficiency of
their databases.

    Jeffery,

Could you please post a proposed design for the database
