I've been using ORS version 3.6.2 on a Sun workstation for the past 5 weeks. Twice in the past two weeks the system unexpectedly deleted about 35 users from the end of the userlist.csv file. The reservation for those users were displayed on the calendar without a name. I have currently ~150 users using 3 resources. Has anybody experienced this problem? Any suggested fixes?

HMMM. How annoying. I have not heard of or seen this before.
Can you tell from the action log if there was some particular event or action which happened just before the users were deleted? If you want, you can send the text of the action log page to me at jshaver at users.sourceforge.net and I'll take a look.
