My ISP decided to delete all the cgi files from my webspace so having reinstalled I need to restore an email backup. I have read the procedure but the file always comes up blank.
Any Ideas?

If you click Review Contents of the backup file, does anything show? (If you don't have this option in the restore from backup page, you are probably running with an older version of ORS...)
I had run across one bug involving the backup files. But, as I recall, that bug wasn't with the e-mailed backups.
Have you tried any other backup files?
Can you send a copy of this backup to me to try on the latest (unreleased) version? jshaver at users.sourceforge.net
