I just installed ORS. It seems to be mailing me backup files quite frequenty. How can I change how often those files are sent? I don't see anything regarding this in the configuration.

You must be logged in as the site administrator. Then go to the utilities menu > program configuration > backup and log settings. You'll find what you need there.
