#26 [scheduling_URL] needs testing for end slash

The link received in a forgotten password email
notification is missing a slash as shown here:

Although we will test for this in the future, the problem is
in your configuration settings. Make sure the
[scheduling_URL] has an ending / on it. That will solve the
problem.
