License Question

In https://sourceforge.net/projects/orm-net/ says that ORM is GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Library or Lesser General Public License (LGPL)

Exactly which part of ORM.NET is GPL, and which part is LGPL, this is very importan, because the GPL only allows linking with GPL code, but LGPL can be linked with commercial or different license... or both license cover all the code, so that it is up to me to choose?

Another thing that worries me is that in http://www.olero.com/OrmWeb/ nobody mentions that ORM.NET is now OpenSource, not even in the FAQ http://www.olero.com/OrmWeb/index.aspx?p=FAQ/DisplayFAQ.ascx
all I can find is that:

How much does ORM.NET cost?             back to top
ORM.NET is priced at $495 per developer for a one year subscription. Discounts are available for large purchases, please call us if you are interested in a package for ten developers or more.

    So... what is the truth?

This should all be updated now.
The licensing has been changed to LGPL.
The source will be rebuilt with this licensing shortly.
