#2 Covalence Game Packages

We hope to use a special packaging format to contain
code, and other resources for a game. These packages,
called Covalence Game Packages (File Extension: .cgp),
are similar to JAR files in that they are GZip files
that contain manifest information in an XML file
(package.xml). This manfiest contains information used
to load packages and ensure that the resources inside
are loaded correctly
