The mutation view shows for each month (month selector and << < > >>)
* new employees
* changes in the amount of work
* leaving people
* other changes (e.g. change of name, that's why the external id is important)
1. The "mutation" view will be a new link/page.
2. The page will show the changes info for a month. It will be possible to choose the month or to scroll the months by navigation arrows.
3. Currently, the system can not handle the "leaving people" - we plan to add a field for leaving date into the system and the Excel file structure. OK?
