#2 invalid urirefs have 'path' assigned

when initializing a uriref with an integer, the path() function return the integer. the uriref is recognized as invalid. as mentioned before (previous ticket) scheme, query and fragment are left uninitialized rather than assigning "none" to them

    by the way, this is the case for any invalid uriref, not only for those initialized with an integer...
