#1 internal is not a registered protocol

1. start up Organ-Izer
2. create a new database
3. close Organ-Izer
4. open Organ-Izer
5. load the created database
6. load the created database again (so you have 2 open
duplicates)
7. close Organ-Izer

that (on this computer) opens a Mozilla browser, and
delivers an error message: "internal is not a
registered protocol".

This is a known issue. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to
fix it properly yet.
