[Orclib-users] How to set null values for a nullable number column with OCI_DirPathSetEntry?

I have a number format set for this column (with OCI_DirPathSetColumn of "999.99999")…

when trying to set a null value I am getting : OCI-21560: argument 2 is null, invalid, or out of range

it seems like when providing a format for numbers setting null values is not possible, it looks like it is possible for dates though …

can somebody let me know what can I do to set a null value ?
