New minor release: 2.3.0

A new release has just been uploaded to the server. You can read the release note on GitHub. Feel free to report any bug by adding a ticket to the issue tracker. As usual, you can install this new release by adding the update site http://orcc.sf.net/eclipse in eclipse, or upgrade your current version  by manually running "Help > Check for updates".
