Orbit PHPChatter Version 0.1 Beta2

Version 0.1 Beta 2 is on its way, we know its been a long time coming but other projects have taken over recently. Some of the new features are;
> More attractive look and feel
> AJAX Implemented for Chat Boards to stop refresh flicker and also ensure that your private message windows dont loose focus.
> More standard formats and code layouts
