Hi Eric,
I'm afraid not, however I'd imagine that implementing them is a fairly
trivial wrapping exercise given that they are already implemented in
ORBit C. There are already POA and POAManager classes, so adding this
functionality should be just a case of adding the methods to these
classes.
If you fancy the task, please bear in mind that in ORBit-C++ the C++
objects are binary compatible with their C counterparts - that is that
they only have one member: the C type. This allows reinterpret casting
between C and C++ types to marshal values back and forth to the ORBit C
core. Adding more members to a class breaks this binary compatibility.
