Hi Andreas,

I noticed that you wrote the ORBITCPP_DECLARE_SIMPLE_SEQUENCE macro, but 
that it's not used by code written out by the compiler. Any reason?

Yes. The macro was just a dumb simple hack to allow easy declaration of 
PortableServer::ObjectId and similar "simple" sequence inside the orb/ code.
