[orbitcpp-list] extra ORB_var type

Hi Phil,

why isn't ORB_var defined in terms of the _var template? i could not
find any difference between the template and the ORB_var implementation.
(in orbitcpp_orb.hh)

Agreed - I think they can be merged.
