I should add to this this does NOT happen when I compile the
examples. I am including the orbitcpp.hh header file specifically
because I want to build some generic orbitc++ classes which I can
derive from later to make clients and servers (ie: an application
framework if you will) So, I am NOT including specifically generated
headers, but I need the types like CORBA::ORB_var etc.
