Hi cactus,
I'm afraid the problem is that orbitcpp doesn't support CORBA 'any'
yet.
(patches gratefully accepted)
Sorry,
Phil

Subject: [orbitcpp-list] Can't compile Bonobo.idl
MIME-Version: 1.0
Hi,
I can't compile the master Bonobo idl file:
23:30:11 [cactus@galaxy idl]$ orbit-idl -lc++ `gnome-config --cflags idl=
`
~/prog/gnome/sandbox/share/idl/Bonobo.idl -D__BONOBO_COMPILATION
/home/cactus/prog/gnome/sandbox/share/idl/bonobo-unknown.idl:40: Warning:
`query_interface' underscores within identifiers are discouraged for use
with C-language IDL mappings
/home/cactus/prog/gnome/sandbox/share/idl/bonobo-moniker.idl:14: unknown
identifier ::Bonobo::ResolveFlag
::Bonobo::ResolveFlag is typedef'd to `long' in bonobo-moniker.idl
previously.
Also, when trying to compile the IDL's separately, I can't compile
bonobo-property.idl:
bonobo-property.idl:32: type_any not expected
(line 32 is oneway void event (in string name, in any value);)
What am I missing here?
(using orbitcpp fresh from CVS)
