Try orbitcpp-0.30.3, this has some work in it to make the skel output ISO compliant (works OK for me on gcc-3.0.2). This also requires ORBit-0.5.10 so you'll need to update that. But it looks like you have another problem in here. Was the Makefile built by the top-level configure script? Neither example links the object files for the stubs.
