[orbitcpp-list] Insure++ finds errors in ORBit-cpp

Not sure if this is in orbitcpp or in ORBit proper... but the
following report:

shows a read off the end of a buffer in the ORB_init() function.  My
version shows this line number as:

(yes, word wrap strikes again!) I am using the cvs version of orbit. 

Anyone have any idea what this might be?
