It looks like the --backenddir patch and the orbit-idl flaws in
demarshalling of sequences patches still aren't in, but the libIDL lexer
patch is. I think it has been for a while (since 0.5.1 at least, I think).

According to the comments in the ORBit-C++ patches README, the --backenddir
patch is already in CVS. It must be in HEAD, which means it'll need to be
backported to the stable branch.
