Actually, there are pre-built stubs for the naming service as part of
the orbitcpp install. The library is liborbitcppCosNaming and the
include file is CosNaming.hh. It is built in the
orbitcpp/services/name directory.

There is a test for the orbitcpp cosnaming service stuff in
orbitcpp/test/name/

BTW, I recommend upgrading to 0.29 - there are quite a few fixes in
this release over the 0.28 one.
