[Orbit-python-list] v1 Try for fixing __import__() problems.

When we import CORBA, __import__ becomes broken because raw strings are
passed in, and not objects, and also because the parameter handling is a
bit different. My attached patch tries to solve it; i'd like a review if
it looks sane enough or not.

Does anywhere/one else expect auto_load_module_idls to take a PyObject
parameter instead of a string?
