[Orbit-python-list] TestSuite2 (v0.01)

I've started work on the test suite, borrowing from Roland's work, but
going farther into nitpicking. I've attached a dir that should be placed
inside orbit-python's main dir (which means it'll sit next to src/). Just
cd in and ./runtest.sh and I hope it'll work.

I'm testing it in the meantime, but just so you guys can feed me back on
how awful it is. I'm off home now!
