[Orbit-python-list] Using Sourceforge's Bug Interface

I'd like to call upon the orbit-python community to file bugs in
orbit-python to sf.net's bug interface properly. We've had assorted
hacking on the bindings the last months, and though the activity is great,
it would be nice to know what we're fixing and where we're going.

So please, if you've got a fix, or something to fix, do report a bug for
it first. I'll try and do likewise myself *grin*
