[Orbit-python-list] Patch to handle non-Python Classes

Jason helped me hack this patch tonight that lets orbit-python handle
classes that inherit from non-Python classes (such as ExtensionClasses). I
use it specifically to allow us to make ZODB Persistent classes
ORBit-aware, and though ZODB doesn't work right, o-p at least now does
what it should.

The patch attached is full of comments, but it WorksForMe(tm) -- it's a
proof-of-concept that can be reviewed and integrated as desired.
