[Orbit-python-list] ORBit-Python Report

As most of you know, ORBit-Python was a project picked for my undergrad
thesis.  As a component of the thesis, I have to submit a report
documenting the project, including background and implementation.  So
my report gives background on CORBA, Python, and OSS, and I go into
some gory details about ORBit-Python internals.

It's available on the project website (projects.sault.org/orbit-python)
for your perusal if you feel so inclined.  If there are any serious
blunders, please let me know.  It won't help me get a better mark, but
it will help me save face with future readers. :)
