due to some compile errors from long strings, use compiler concatenation

test suite conversion to 4.0 prefered syntax

fix async parsing bug

using a couple of utilities, the oralob.tcl and oralong.tcl are
converted to 'C' files oralob.c and oralong.c. So the commands
available from these modules will be available at compile time
instead of run time. This eliminates any problems that I had
attempting to find the installed lib directory. It also
eliminates an icky search through the autopath and library
load time.
