#1 Installation causes several harmles ORA-00942 errors

While running osmprep.sql (the installation script)
there are several ORA-00942 errors shown which are
harmless. It's just trying to drop the tables before
creating in case there was an old copy there.

There are several easy ways to clean this up and I
have the changes queued up already.
