I think the job application is good facility in the OrangeHRM.
But it needs some improvements. Instead of giving just one field of education and experience, it is better to:
1) give separate fields for both education and experience.
2) users can enter multiple entries for education and experience
3) include an experience calculator field….this can help in shortlisting process.
4) ess/admin section, under recruitment section, once you have applied the two above, there should be a facility of filtering the candidates based on education qualification or level of experience.
I think this would further improve the recruitment module by enhancing these functions.
