Description:

User can apply more than his shift length in following scenario:
1. Assume that 2011-12-23 is a half day holiday
2. employee chamila is assigned to 10 hours shift
3. now log in as chamila and apply following leaves:
2011-12-23 from 8.00 to 10.00
2011-12-23 from 10.00 to 12.00
2011-12-23 from 12.00 to 14.00
4. system should prevent chamila from applying leave more than 5 hours as 2011-12-23 is half day holiday.
