#5714 date validation functinalirty is incorrect for some scenario

Description:
From and To date validations are not function properly in following scenario:
Assume that there are two candidates as below,
1. Name: Kyla abbey
date of application: 01/11/2011
2. Name: Ashley Abbel
date of application: 21/11/2011
Steps:
1. go to Recruitment -> Candidates
2. search for candidates from 21/11/2011 to 21/11/2011
3. now search for candidates from 01/11/2011 to 01/11/2011 -> "To date should be after the from date" validation is displayed
