#5712 incorrect project and activity names diaplyed in comment box

Module: Time/ Timesheets

Description:
Project Name and Activity Name displayed timesheet view mode comment box are not accurate:
1. log in as admin and go to display an employees timesheet
2. click on the comment image
3. only customer name is shown for project name
4. Project name is shown as activity name
