#5711 overlapping validation diaplys for correct in/out records

module: Time/ add attendance records

Description:
overlapping validation is displayed for sup/ Admin when they are trying to add attendance records to their subordinates in following scenario:
1. log in as admin and add a punch in attendance record as follow to an employee:
time: 10:18
time zone: 5.5
2. now again try to add punch out record to the same supervisor as follow:
time: 12:18
time zone: 6.0
3. overlapping validation is shown even the records are not validate.
