#5695 Data import - no error message for failed fields

If a field is not properly imported due to a format error or a foreign key constraint etc., system simply imports the rest of the fields without displaying a warning.

This is a serious issue as users would not know about the errors, unless they access each and every employee record and check each and every data field.
