#5661 Joined date comparison default value issue

Version : OrangeHRM 2.6.10

Description : Join date comparison filter has wrong default value when it change as"Join After" to "In Between"

Steps:
1. log in as admin and go to PIM->Reports
2. now define a report with following Joined Date constraint:
Joined in between 2010/10/10 to 2011/10/12
3. Save the report and again try to edit the defined report.
4. change the joined date constraint from "Join After" to anther option like "joined in between".
5. Join In Between 1st text box show 2011/10/12 as a default value
