#5638 Second Interview histry can see by First interviewer

Version : OrangeHRM 2.6.8/2.6.9/2.6.10

Description : Interviewer of the first interview of a candidate can see second interview history details even he is not an interviewer for the 2nd interview.
1. Log in as admin and add a candidate(chamila)
2. schedule 1st interview of chamila with interviwer1 and interviwer2
3. mark as 1st interview passed
4. now schedule 2nd interview for chamila with only interviwer1
5. now log in as interviewer2-> 2nd interview details are displayed to interviewer2 as well.
